West LA PAL is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing outreach services to West Los Angeles youth. In partnership with the LAPD, the West LA PAL program provides safe and constructive activities including martial arts training, tutoring and Camp Yamabushi. We need your support.

Donate Time: We currently need volunteer tutors to support the West LA PAL academic program. West LA PAL tutoring is an excellent community service opportunity for West LA high school and college students, and a great way to help the youth of West Los Angeles. Of course, experienced teachers are also welcome. We occasionally need experienced and mature volunteer martial arts instructors (all styles) - if you are interested, please contact us.
Support the West LA PAL Holiday Party: Each year in December, West LA PAL hosts a party to celebrate the diverse holiday season. West LA PAL volunteers and parents, LAPD police officers, and community members provide food, entertainment and holiday presents for West LA PAL participants. We collect unwrapped gifts for children ages 8-18 year-round, and always welcome food and beverage sponsors. If you are interested in helping with the Holiday Party or other West LA PAL activities, please contact us.
